Fargo Post 2 is incredibly saddened to report that Jim Pettersen passed away today after a battle with COVID-19. Pete was not only our leader & the face of Post 2 but a great friend.

My 10u daughter has been rather scared of the ball playing 🥎 the past 2 years so I have been dreading her response for future at bats the first time she got drilled. Well last night she finally got hit by a pitch HARD in the back & this was her response while jogging to 1st. 😂

Year 28 of playing taps on Memorial Day is in the books. Special day today as my wife (active Army Reserves) took part in presenting a flag to a relative of hers who should have received a flag 16 years ago when her husband, an army veteran, passed away. Special moment!

Really proud of how our 16Blue & 18 FM Blaze played this weekend at state with both taking 2nd place. Both lost their first game of the weekend, then won 5 straight including knocking out the team that beat them to get to the title game with 16s forcing a 2nd title game.
