Later this week City Council will vote on whether to increase the amount of city-wide Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras from 75 to 150 and whether they should operate 24/7. I was happy to second this motion which was brought forward by Deputy Mayor @McKelvieTO.

Last night I hosted my annual #BlackHistoryMonth celebration & was joined by Deputy Mayor .@McKelvieTO. From talented local artists, dedicated community leaders, residents all over the City,& the delicious food (including my homemade Cows Foot Soup) a great time was had by all!

Toronto's City Clerk has released the key dates for the upcoming Mayoral By-Election, the largest in Canadian History!. These dates are subject to City Council declaring the Mayor's seat vacant & passing a bylaw requiring a by-election at the next Council Meeting on March 29-31
