I've been working on our admin portal (internal use only) and absolutely obsessing over the UX. Internal tools should be just as delightful as customer-facing ones.

The new ribbon control is honestly incredible! . It's great to see Actipro invest in the Avalonia ecosystem! ā¤ļø.
Actipro Avalonia Controls v25.1 was just released, with the massive addition of a powerful Office-like ribbon and menu implementation. Also updates our free themes to be compatible with the @AvaloniaUI 11.2 version.

Great thread on paid vs free users. I can confidently say that our paying users are by far the easiest to work with.
Complete opposite. Paying users are 100x more chill and friendly than free users.

One thing I miss from the UK (I live in Italy) is a good traditional British banger (sausage). Because of Brexit, it's all but impossible to import them, so I've opted to learn to make them myself. This is my first attempt, and they taste wonderful! ā¤ļø

We're considering creating a free, community version of @AvaloniaUI XPF for WPF developers who want to use Native AOT. The community version would be Windows only, but once you're using XPF, upgrading to unlock more platforms is super easy.

I was chatting with a colleague this morning about our GitHub donations (for @AvaloniaUI). If each user donated $1 a month, we could expand our team from 11 to 70+ developers, funded entirely by donations š¤Æ. Imagine what we could achieve with that kind of engineering power!.
