If you'd like to combine International Day of the Midwife tomorrow by participating in Sea Swim and raise funds for @MSF in Palestine, there are 2 sea swims happening tomorrow in Dublin and Cork. Both swims are organised by Midwives section of the @INMO_IRL all welcome #IDM2024

Proper staffing gives time to have a break- to eat & drink! Midwives run on empty or worse on adrenaline & sugar. That’s when mistakes are made. Staffing means they can go to the toilet, have a wee, change their sanitary towel/ tampon. How ridiculous to think it doesn’t count.
