Today I went to pitching lessons with @MichelleFloyd13. I worked on some drills to strengthen my legs, keeping bend on my stride leg, and keeping a fast snap. These videos were after almost an hour of leg work. I love it when I get to pitch!!!

I had another great lesson with @MichelleFloyd13. I’m working hard on being more efficient in my launch, specifically worked on floor pressure and engaging my glutes. Also got good work in on my rise and drop spins today. Thank you to Joy Stallworth for catching for me today.

I had a pretty good game in the circle tonight at Westminster. Went 6 innings and gave up 1 earned run and got a ton of weak contact all game. Didn't get the win, but I was happy with how I pitched and my new screwball was effective. @MichelleFloyd13 @RicoB5 @Firecrackers28

My defense played great tonight and our offense was fire! We took down Hillgrove 10-2 in 5 innings and I got the complete game win, giving up 1 earned run. Big region win for Campbell!! @RicoB5 @Firecrackers28 @MichelleFloyd13

My old team from last year disbanded, and although I'll miss all of my Fury Platinum girls, I'm excited to announce that I've joined Firecrackers 16U McConnell! We've got some great ballers on this team and we'll be fun to watch! @Karina_French35 @Firecrackers28
