Actually “IT’S SHOWTIME!” was first said by me, on SHOWTIME . not my creation-it was the idea of the late executive producer Jay Larkin and through the yrs it became the trademark phrase of HOF ring announcer Jimmy Lennon Jr. on SHO boxing broadcasts.
