Your product mirrors the system of the organization that built it.
Today, Ramp raised another $300M at a $32B valuation. In the past year our revenue has doubled to over $1B, growing 10x faster than the median public SaaS. We all know money talks — we're teaching it to think. Getting big no longer means getting slow.

People ask me how it feels to have 10k on LinkedIn but I can't hear them over the noise in the Missoni room at the Byblos.

I love winter training because anyone can run in the summer but only real dogs run in the winter.

Both. Like running. The best runners can go 10 miles+ and also fast at 200m. Business takes years of stamina. Also need to be able to rip hard when it’s deal mode, big launch, etc.
@MichaelDBrandt How would you describe this kind of energy? Is it the ability to work long hours with focus late day after day, or is it more aggressiveness/assertiveness? I think the former can be developed through habits but the latter is harder to build unless one is wired for it.
