While cadence is only one aspect of speed, it's a fun one! ✨ My top cadence for 200 meters is around 245 SPM. For reference, Usain Bolt's cadence was near 260 SPM, that turnover with his strides is incredible!🔥

One of the quickest ways to get faster- POWER SKIPS 👏 ✨They force you to push off the ground quickly ✨They activate the fast muscle fibers (don’t do this drill cold) ✨They put your feet underneath your hips ✨They build up the fibers to handle both speed and power I love
