On 3/24, Cuomo said “my mother is not expendable, your mother is not expendable.” On 3/25, Cuomo signed Executive Order mandating nursing homes take COVID-19 patients. On 3/27, Cuomo released 1,100 parole violators from prison citing concerns over inmates contracting COVID-19.
