Family member in limbo re marriage next week. Why are all registry offices open & facilitating marriages while Longf/Roscom/Westmeath remain closed? Seems inequitable! Any info/advice would be appreciated🙏@DonnellyStephen @MichealMartinTD @LeoVaradkar @MaryLouMcDonald @HMcEntee

@roinnslainte some good points regarding autism but not sure that #sharingthevision addresses fully the access issues and specific needs of autistic people with mental health needs. Comments below, long tweet!

Agreed. Very little input from HSCPs. Poor process = poor outcome for service users
‘Disappointed’ is an understatement at the lack of specific mention in #sharingthevision of SLTs on Community & Forensic MH Teams in this ‘new’ strategy despite the welcome (if obvious) inclusion on CAMHS-ID & Adult-ID teams. Strategy falls far short of what’s needed! @iaslt

Hopefully @iaslt response to recent HSE Talking Therapies Model of Practice will help to outline importance of SLT to support access for people with speech, language and communication needs @Murphs37
Access to a range of ‘talking therapies’ is considered in #sharingthevision. But what about those who have language & communication difficulties who struggle to understand or be understood as part of their mental health difficulty? @iaslt @jennifer_brophy @CarolineJagoe

Thanks for this preview. However, concerned that, although psychologists and OTs are named here as MDT members, Speech & Language Therapists will be included in what they call ‘other key workers’. Sounding like a ‘broken record’ I know, but not for the want of trying! @iaslt #slt
1) Time to take a closer look at the #PFG section on #mentalhealth that is a taster of what is to come on #sharingthevison release on Wednesday
