The opinion has concerning flaws. The Sixth Circuit improperly weighed evidence rather than determining if genuine disputes existed for a jury. The inconsistencies in the hospital's policies deserve deeper scrutiny - particularly that Wise worked 90 days after contracting COVID.

A bad covid employment ruling. Wise worked the first 2 years of the pandemic without testing. The infectious disease expert for the hospital could not identify one instance of spread from an unvaccinated employee. A jury should have decided the credibility of this defendant.
