FACT: it wasn’t until I started working in sports at age 23 that i figured out that the rising levels of the MAKE SOME NOISE prompts wasn’t a result of the actual noise being made in the arena. It was designed to go up automatically. Smh. 🤦🏾♂️

Working in sports is hard. Most of the time you’re moving thousands of miles away from your family and hometown for a job. Find your support system and family in your new city.
The need to have love & support in an industry like this isn’t talked about enough.
