What a great day we had yesterday at the Palliative Conference hosted by @NHSNLaG very emotive and lots taken away to improve individualised patient care as they come towards end of life

Week two completed @NHSNLaG in community and therapy division. Even got to meet @JonathanLofthou the CEO to talk about all things C&T. Still continue to have my head blown on a daily basis but everyone I meet is lovely, a chilled long weekend planned now 😊

As part of my induction to my new role I have been able to join todays #QNI conference to listen to @CrystalOldman present on the importance of community nurses

Well my first day as ACN for C&T at @NLAG is over and my brain is somewhat blown, but those of you who know me know I will take each day as it comes and continue to learn about the services in my portfolio. Looking forward to my day at Goole Hospital with @rachelgreenbeck.
