We had a busy day researching the importance of Earth Day. We read books, poems and focused some of our time on water conservation. We even made our own recycled mini water butts with inspiration from @unitedutilities #MeadowsideGeography #EarthDay #EarthDay2023

Last week our children started their new computing topic about programming. We learnt new codes and how to type these into Logo Academy Playground. They used their new skills to try and get the ‘turtle’ to write some numbers. #MeadowsideComputing

Year 4 have started their new art project today. We discussed sculpture and what materials can be used. The children talked about local sculptures and we looked at the work of Michelle Reader. We can wait to use her inspiration. @michelle3duk #sculpture #art #MeadowsideArt
