Due to ongoing work on a burst pipe in OL10 we’ve had to put in a temporary road closure on Manchester Road at the junction of Sefton Street. This is likely to continue into the weekend as the road and pathways will need resurfaced. Road diversions are in place.

For the lowest bill guarantee, your account would be monitored and every 6 months we'll take a meter reading. If it shows the meter charges are more expensive than the rateable value tariff, we will not charge you the difference and remove you from the metered tariff. Beth 2/2.

As no one lives or works in the house, the tree will be removed in due course. In relation to the pooling water, again we will get our contractors on site as soon as we can. If the team get back to me with any more information, I'll make sure to let you know. Thanks, Beth 2/2.
