I literally slept 24 hours straight. I do not think that is good.

Not a great day. Liver looks bad again. So tired. Not an easy challenge here. Trying to hang in there mentally and be patient. Keep fighting. Love you all.

Cleared for the 5 hr infusion today! Fun? No. But hope it kicks the cancer back! Gonna need platelets tomorrow.

Small spike in liver enzymes today. Needed more platelets. Hopefully another whack of romidepsin tomorrow will keep the trend downward!

Currently experiencing an unreal level of fatigue like I've never known before. Will also undoubtedly need platelets tomorrow.

Update: liver enzymes still good downward trend. Slightly neutropenic. WBC super low. No lymphocytes. Needed platelet transfusion today (count was 8). Something still messed up with my heart but they'll do an ekg before next infusion of chemo. The drugs hit hard and fast.

Blood tests tomorrow. Hopefully nothing terrible. Heart rate still scaring me.

The drugs are certainly doing something.. wbc and neutrophils came plummeting down. Lymphocytes basically absent. Heart rate scary low in the 40s.. lots happening early on. LDHcoming down and some liver enzymes trending a good direction. Complicated but a big response.

Thanks to all of your concerns today I think we moved the dial. Supposed to get drugs from new supplier soon (will believe it when I see it). Providence said they would "never take weeks" to approve a faculty despite what multiple people at Providence and drug suppliers said.

In some sort of miracle change, we should now be getting medicine from a newly approved pharmacy? Possibly Friday. We were a bit gas lighted in the process but I will be so relieved when it arrives.

SCCA got me a 9 day supply of duvelisib (the approved drug with no approved insurance pharmacy). 14000 for 9 days. For an insurance approved drug. Out of pocket. Tears.
