@TataAIGMotor They did not even mention the name of the bank extending the car loan or the hypothecation clause. Now we are stuck with the wrong policy and car registration has been halted.

@TataAIGMotor first sent us the wrong IDV. After correcting them, they modified it and sent us a new payment link. Unfortunately the link expired. When we called them to refresh the payment link, they sent us the wrong IDV
