In light of all the reoccurring issues we see with gun violence I just want to bring this up again. By banning assault weapons we can finally prevent some of the tragic mass shooting injuries and deaths we see on almost a regular basis.
Assault weapons and high-capacity magazines are frequently used in the violence that plagues our nation. The use of an assault weapon increases the likelihood that a particular shooting will have a high death and injury count. Hopefully we can get stuff done to change this.
