One underrated thing this summer about Tommy DeVito is that he became close with Jaxson Dart. The two are good friends. DeVito's knowledge of the offense and experiences in NY helped mentoring the rookie.
This decision with Tommy DeVito was effectively made once they signed Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston and drafted Jaxson Dart. DeVito received minimal reps as the No. 4 QB throughout training camp.

Have no doubt there will be interest around NFL in Tommy DeVito. My guess is potential suitors have already made that known in back channels. But just as it was with NE vs Giants two summers ago, DeVito will have to choose his best path. Not sure NYG are even part of that.
