This is why having a coach matters — accountability isn’t something to avoid, it’s what enables real growth.
If people never face some sort of real constraint or consequence improved self-awareness isn’t really possible. Great coaching should help introduce a bit of the friction necessary for this to occur.

I think Anderson has the potential to be better than MGW. I’ve always been a fan of MGW - but for all the energy, assists and tricks, he’s not near Lampard/Gerrard stat level. Grateful for his time and passion whilst he was at #NFFC But not too concerned he’s moving on.

Ryan Yates is the Chris Cohen of this generation. He may not be a baller per se, but he’s unbelievably consistent with what he can do. He’s developing with experience and he’s got talent around him to learn from. Impressive for an academy player. Workhorse #NFFC
