#LinkedIn became completely useless for me. 100 of contact requests a day that are cold calls for products and services I am not even remotely interested in. Overstated posts of business success and a lot of clear bullshit. Just closed my account … another app of my screen time.

This is all fun and well handled, kudos for that. Yet linking juniority to such a mistake puzzles me. Here is another take: your integration system allowed sending out real mails and had access to real data. Maybe fix the system, don’t blame juniority.

I have heard the same argument in software development #TDD.
Trump: When you do testing to that extent, you’re going to find more people. You’re going to find more cases. So I said to my people slow the testing down please.

#jtbd at scale, does it make sense to let one team address the job (going from a to b) and another team the need (cheap) or will the purpose of the team deteriorate? In general, how to split teams along jobs to be done?.
