Terrific interview by @MatthewSchniper with @RobertIrvine wherein Robert challenges the notion that chain restaurants are inherently crappy. Having seen the man take down a rack or two of Chili’s ribs, I know he’s not averse to them, but still, it’s a great, thoughtful answer.
