Why an 'unconference'? Esports has grown from the ground up, and I want to try something that respects the knowledge 'in the room' while also benefiting from the expertise of expert guests. So, topics in the registration form will shape the sessions, there'll be lots of Q&A, etc.

Fascinating if true. So much to consider from 'traditional sports' and related research here. For one, LoL coaches will need a strong sense of when and why to take control vs give agency. Very hard to get right in the moment, and requires a high level of self-awareness and EQ.
