Time to upload land use planning completely to the Province. Cities have proven themselves incapable of managing this responsibility.
lol Provincial regulation says no angular planes allowed for garden suites or laneway suites. So Toronto deleted the requirement (as they are required to do) and replaced it with new zoning that would do the same thing as angular planes.

Mark Carney is a subtle and polite symbol to Liberals that the last guy was an absolute moron. His entire policy agenda essentially amounts to undoing the damage of the last 10 yrs.
