@PVDMayor I do not usually wade into issues like this, but this is ridiculous. I have not seen a plow come by Jastram Street in over 48 hours. Day 4, side streets are unsafe, trash pickup was a mess yesterday, and a flat tire from these poor road conditions. Accountability now.
