Our Innovation Voucher helps Rhode Island small businesses maintain competitiveness through strategic investments in research and development. Businesses may receive up to $75,000 for a specific research and development project. The application deadline is July 25.

Gov. McKee and Sec. of Commerce Liz Tanner marked the start of work on broadband infrastructure projects that will bring high-speed internet access to approximately 16,000 locations across 23 municipalities in Rhode Island through the ConnectRI initiative.

May 23, @GovDanMcKee and @LizTannerRI will join leaders from Verizon and GoNetspeed to launch the $52 million Capital Projects Fund broadband initiative. These projects will bring enhanced internet service to over 16,000 locations, connecting Rhode Islanders to opportunity.
