Really enjoyed passing on the knowledge I have gained from @Emma_Mosley and @SylvainLaborde_ about #HRV to the #MSc students! We completed a theory session followed by a practical experiment that they designed based on what they had just learnt! #theorythroughpractice

Check out our review on defining "elite" in esports! Analyzed 7,802 records; 63 studies with 1,768 e’athletes included. 71% didn't define "elite." We identified 4 key criteria points, proposed a 2-step classification system and explicit reporting guidelines to improve clarity.
