Average number of #1 teams per 10 year period:. 1995-2004 : 2.3 teams per season reached #1.2005-14 : 3.4 teams per season reached #1.2015-24 : 2.7 teams per season reached #1. The 10 year period with the most parity was 09-18 (and 10-19) where 3.5 teams per season reached #1.

More metrics from this:. 1 team was #1 all season: the 2022 Oklahoma Sooners. 5 teams were Ranked #1 during the 2011 and 2018 seasons, which is the most in a season. 13 of the 31 seasons had only 2 teams ranked #1 in the season.

Awesome work. Some interesting metrics from this:. 7 times (98, 00, 02, 09, 10, 16, & 18) the National Champion was not #1 during the season and was only #1 during the Post-Season Poll. 2 times (98 & 10) a team was #1 all season long only to lose the Nationaly Championship.

Can’t remember how long it’s been since I had even a slightly pleasant experience at @ChipotleTweets. It has stemmed from a combination of so many consecutive bad experiences coupled with me waiting an increasing amount of time between feelings of give them another try.
