I’ve noticed I don’t have an issue communicating. My issue is people’s responses . It’s the lack of accountability and the one-sided perceptions that I cannot tolerate.

I can’t help but feel that the best investment in NHS would be massive expansion of Geriatricians so elderly infirm patients are treated holistically rather than regardless of age and general infirmity by a myriad of other specialists.

I can’t stand a serial complainer. I get that people aren’t happy 24/7 and it’s normal to complain at times, but serial complainers take it to a new level. Every day there is a new problem, they don’t often display gratitude, and they rarely offer solutions which makes it worse.

A pinch me moment 🥹 From growing up with parents who battled addictions & being homeless to now being a permanent member of the senior leadership team is something I wouldn't have dreamed of as a child. I hope can inspire at least 1 pupil to break the cycle & to never give up 🤍
