The only reason it worked out the way it did was plot. 1) Nobody but Annie really knew about vampires so how they fought and killed so many after an hour of training makes no sense 2) vampires in this world are weak and slow 3) Remmick has powers that he doesn’t display
staying in the juke joint would’ve only temporarily prevented the inevitable. if they stayed in the juke joint and waited it out, remmick would’ve killed every single person in town, including grace’s daughter WHO REMMICK MENTIONS. WHICH IS WHY SHE YELLED COME ON IN. ITS SIMPLE.
