True. My first experience with males who identified as women was in Windsor jail. It was this high-risk sex offender Christopher Webster. The female guards were forced to strip-search him and he would get an erection.
@JCCFCanada Thank you for this!!!. For anyone new to this, it's not just happening in federal institutions. Women who have been arrested, but not convicted, or who are serving a sentence of less than 2 years are held in provincial jails and the same sort of policies apply.
