He came to Peterborough in 2015, to encourage folks to support me. He was my seat mate in the House of Commons for a couple years, where he was subject to relentless advocacy from @FP_Champagne and I for the high frequency rail project.

I guess something happens to you when you see Earth from space, because Marc Garneau came back to it determined to serve and make it a better place. He did so as MP, Transport Minister during the Pandemic and Foreign Affairs Minister.
