i bet some founders are quietly building AI janitor startups. data cleaners, hallucination hunters, compliance wrappers. no one talks about them at conferences. there's always margin in the mess.

just watched an @every claude code demo. @danshipper dropped this term "compound engineering" & my brain broke a little. these engineers are shipping production code without writing code. this isnโ€™t vibe prompting or clever hacks. itโ€™s a genuinely new abstraction layer. i'm

marketers killed scarcity the same way they killed "authenticity" . by turning it into a template. now we're all just competing to see who can fake urgency most convincingly while customers roll their eyes and wait for the real price to show up.

openai is pivoting from selling intelligence to selling delegation because they realised us humans don't want to be smarter, we want to do & think less.

chatgpt agent is basically the stanford prison experiment for AI. they've built a system that can act autonomously, gave it just enough power to be dangerous, then released it to see what happens when millions of users and bad actors collide. except this time the guards have api.

llms are speedrunning the same psychological shift as uber/amazon prime. remember when waiting 2 weeks for delivery was normal? now 2 days feels like torture. same thing happening with work. once you experience zero friction execution, every human interaction feels like sand in.

llms ruined me. can't sit through another human explaining why something takes two weeks when Grok does it in two minutes.

the real disruption isn't AI, it's startup finance teams who've never written code making decisions about developer productivity.

tv remote typing is UX torture designed by people who've never used their own product. why is it still so bad in 2025?.

brex got tired of 6-month approval cycles for AI tools so they just said "screw it, buy whatever, test for 30 days, tell us if it worked." adoption went from glacial to instant. turns out the problem was some middle manager who thinks slack is still cutting edge. I like how.
