Luckily this was for nothing. I was able to get in contact with an lcms chaplain who will be in the same area I am in, shortly. Thank you @LCMSMAF for helping me get in contact with someone.
Would it be wrong for me, an lcms Lutheran, to take communion from a WELS Lutheran, while deployed to a foreign country, and a wels chaplain is the closest to lcms I can find?.
