We had a great meeting on @HabitableWorlds in Washington last week. It's exciting to be building a wide and supportive community in the UK. Thanks also @spacegovuk for getting behind this mission and leading the discussions on a possible UK role with @NASA.

We recently celebrated the 50 years since the formation of @esa . What an enormous success it has been and great benefit to Europeans. I was asked to celebrate this in an article for the The Conversation - Please read and share your thoughts.

This project will be a critical addition to the innovation product offer in the midlands and Leicestershire - businesses @SpaceParkLeic @MIRAEngineering @lborouniversity @CharnwoodCampus will work with researchers and each other to grow the economy, exports and jobs @UKRI_News.

Congratulations Lizzie. A very well deserved honour.
Congratulations to our former Director, Lizzie Kerr, who's been awarded an MBE in the 2025 New Year Honours for her services to the space sector. Lizzie transformed UKspace during her six-year tenure, before she retired in July 2024.
