Well I’ve done 1 day and my life feels weird without my Essex bad lad & his sarcasm will I adjust?. Thanks for the support, wherever we are in the future I will hold the memory that you were by my side during the pandemic . Ps I’ll be watching leaving data for the Black Country.

This years presentation was a joy to deliver so much more positive .*better Cqc rating .*better RTT delivery.*better financial position .*better staff survey results .*better system wide working.*better innovation to improve patient pathways .Proud of what @ROHNHSFT is achieving.

Wow a year and it’s been great having you on Board the good ship ROH.
Then a mini bed crisis (exactly a year since the last one). before ending the working day with a 1:1 with one of my fantastic matrons sitting in the son in the courtyard. Been at the ROH a little over a year now. Great place.

26 years ago today I commenced a 6 month fixed term contract in the NHS at an Orthopaedic Hospital which is now confined to the history books. Thanks to all my friends and colleagues that have supported me during my career over those amazing years.
