Very proud of this girl who you could describe as a hard gainer. Training with her twice per week for the last 8 months. 10 metre time has gone from 2.42 seconds to 2.07 ( tested with freelap) and squat from 30 kilos to 115 kilos for 3 reps.Huge transfer to her game as well

Congrats to Meath and Dublin ladies who qualified for the All Ireland Final. The fitness of both teams was outstanding and was a key factor in the wins. Well done to the S&C coaches @Dowling_Sami and Eugene Eivers. War has now broken out in our house with two split groups.

This is the first time I have seen Meath LGFA run a structured S&C course like this for the club coaches . €50 is very reasonable.

I think this could be the best explanation I have read about the difference between OL and Jump Squats.
Why choosing the right metric matters: An example. I recently saw a post which argued that because the power output in a jump squat is greater than a power clean that there was no point in OL.
