Lovely to see @TimJaggard this afternoon at WMS thanking our marvellous admin teams! They are the heroes who always work tirelessly behind the scenes and recently managed all the patient cancellations and re bookings due to industrial action. Thank you 🙏🏼.

Great day visiting St Peter’s hospital with @HilaryBaker8 and @b_szabados to learn about and observe their outpatient TULA service. Excellent patient care and huge efficiencies compared with our current practice. Now the hard work starts to get it set up at UCLH!.
