@Marghan8 @MikeNellis I am not. I am thinking like an investor, but label me as you wish. In any event, the only way it makes sense to buy homes en masse is if you can fill them to generate a return. If rents are pushed to unsustainable levels you won’t fill them, and thus you won’t have a return.
