Over the last 10 years, New Jersey rejected, denied or delayed approval of all new non-renewable infrastructure, like natural gas pipelines and plants. These could have expanded the overall energy capacity and mitigated cost.

The expansion will add another 5% of NGL export capacity. Translation: an additional 20,000 Bbls/d of Marcellus/Utica ethane export capacity is on the way at Marcus Hook, near Philadelphia.
