Allnighter palette.
The "Focus" rain type was something that happened by mistake during the coding of the hurricanes. But I liked it so much I decided to save it to make more tests later on. The "placeholder" name I used was FOCUS, because all rain streaks

This one really surprised me! This is the first time I have seen a Focus like this.
Most of the time a Focus, has a focal point, and all rain goes towards it, but due to size and proportion, that focal point is almost lost in this one.

The composition in the large tile outputs was hard, and I had to spend months tweaking the weather forecast so it worked with any floor tile size. If clouds are a pixel larger or smaller, the output is completely different, so balancing those 2 variables

Love how the rain falls and gently curves with the Northeast wind.
The mix of ripple densities creates interesting patterns on the floor tiles that thanks to the invisible joint lines, expand through the image.

Tonight's test output has a few new things I added in the last few months of the project.
"Forecast" is based on a grid that represents a stone-paved road with simplified geometric shapes. All ripples, rain, and raindrops fall in a structured way on top of that grid, but

This Hurricane is so dense you can barely see the floor.
This is also the only wind type where the rain streaks get narrower the closer they are to the ground, creating a more dynamic effect I thought hurricanes needed.

Sometimes 2 coordinates that can receive rain from different tiles fall in the same spot, and if they are activated by the weather forecast a "doble rain streak" or bullseye can happen.
This can also happen with simple raindrops or a combination of both.
