Y6 smashed their hot-seating activity today! 👏 They interviewed 'Mr Baratt' (the plantation owner) and 'Nat' (the enslaved man) from our class text, Freedom. Incredible drama and thought-provoking questions helped us delve into the complex feelings and perspectives on slavery.

The children had fun decorating their puppets that they stitched together after their puppet show. The children added sequins for button, sticker for eyes and used felt tip pens to add facial details. #MPPAdt
