2/3 Whipple Index looks at the proportion of people in a population that round their ages. In the Chinese culture, people round their ages to multiples of 12 (e.g., 38, 50, 62,..). But in other cultures, people round their ages to multiples of 5, (e.g., 25, 30, 35,..).
