Trust me, I’m very pleased with today’s result but objectively, we caught life. Gakpo hit the post 2/3 times and he missed a free header from 6 yards out. Liverpool had better clearcut chances today. Still think we’re a mid table team even with common sense coaching but UTFR.

The fact that we’re only 2 points off top 4 with -1 GD with all our wins bar today’s coming against either 10 men or the promoted teams says a lot about the current state of the league. It’s a mess and it’s because 70% of teams aren’t recruiting well.

Happy this was made because for all the criticism he gets(rightfully so a lot of the time), I think he was one of our best players today. Really like him as our last man to make those last ditch tackles because that’s what he’s good at. Calm under pressure and mopped up nicely.

Oh by the way, you see Cunha’s 1st touch yeah? Can’t lie, it’s actually Lobos man. Knew it was good obviously but I haven’t seen an attacker have defenders on skates with a single touch of the ball for us in way too long. Need that goal ASAP.

I want to run some nasty agendas(not really agendas because I try my hardest to be objective but jokes essentially) on him but he’s literally a PL winner which is a shame. Liverpool’s window was average👍🏿. Last season was Salah and inshallah let’s not lie.

It’s actually hurting my soul that Slot scammed a PL last season because everyone else was on drugs. That brother is just as dubious as the next man. I watched Feyenoord and they were relying on screamers to win games more time. Never been that good defensively either.
Slot gave Amorim his first away win in 7 months and his first ever back to back win with Man United. I prefer not to speak any further.

Also like, like 3 of our guys were unmarked at the far post for Bruno’s cross😂😂😂. These boys actually can’t defend after spending Jamaica’s GDP😂😂

Regardless of this result, Liverpool are shocking and their team is terribly unbalanced. Man, I’m so happy for Maguire. Model professional❤️

Gakpo’s quality comes from ball-striking on his right foot and movement. He’s also not bad with his head. Isn’t the quickest and average 1v1 but he works hard. More of a SS than a winger in my opinion but has done quite well today.

We have to be overly cautious when our midfielders are thinking of stepping up because it’s so easy for Liverpool to bypass us and face our back 3. Wonder how many times I’ve said that this season. Only time I’m seeing a 532 or 442 off the ball is when ball is with opposition CBs

By the way, Van Dijk is at fault. Can’t let that pass get through to Mbeumo and even question marks over heading the ball to Bruno initially. UP THE FUCKING REDS THOUGH!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂

Both of Villa’s goals have been a result of Spurs defenders not coming out to block the shot. Most notably Van de Ven on both of them… Both players and coach to blame if they lose.

Only saving grace is that Isak is starting. Would’ve started Ekitike personally but other than that, we’re fucked. Gravenberch, Szoboszlai and Mac Allister vs Bruno and Casemiro only ends one way. We’re also not winning any aerial duels in attack with Cunha at CF. UTFR but #lol.

They miss Udogie badly. Love Spence but this LHS dynamic isn’t optimal so if they need to get another actual LB, so be it. Tel again… that guy can’t lead the line right now. I’m sure he’ll learn eventually but right now, he can’t hack the physical game of being a 9.

Spurs also have an issue with nobody BTLs. Simons and Odobert are both in the halfspaces and in fairness, even if one of them was BTLs ready to receive and drive at Villa’s backline, nobody has the ability to find them. Porro should also be high and wide with Kuds narrow.

I have an issue with Frank’s lineups and where he’s putting certain players in possession personally. As long as Palhinha plays, Sarr has to be next to him right now. Also don’t like how Bentancur and Palhinha are taking turns dropping into the backline and the other a lone pivot
Palhinha been quality off the ball but how many times has the pivot played a forward pass once this game? Genuinely think they’ve passed sideways every single time Part of this is a Frank issue but god it’s painful

Morgan Rogers, welcome back man. Ridiculous strike. Having said that, I don’t like the backing off I’m seeing from defenders this year. I get maybe not wanting to cause a deflection but it’s making guys passive.

McGinn at LW is just sabotage because he isn’t doing anything with the ball wide in the final 3rd. Benching Watkins is fine if he needs rest but play Malen LW, Guessand-Rogers up top with McGinn on the right. Emery isn’t structuring the attack well hence them being mad static.
