No option but 2 walk away from booking with @easyJet -7 phone calls to Customer Services, they could not remove 2 passengers from holiday and continue with original booking, needed to change hotel, then couldn't get 2 rooms for 3 adults when its available online. Couldn't help!

@easyJet @SimonCalder @BBCTravelShow @TUIUK @SimonCalder if I walk away from this booking, is there any system in which we can have our deposits returned? @easyJet cannot remove 2 passengers and guarantee the original booking conditions.

@easyJet @SimonCalder @BBCTravelShow @TUIUK Imasa cannot book two rooms at a new hotel, and hasn't removed 2 passengers who can't travel. She or the system is useless. Escalated call to her manager after 58 minutes... getting more and more frustrated.. wasted hours yesterday on the phone too.

@easyJet @SimonCalder @BBCTravelShow @TUIUK Any changes to our booking means we have lost our rooms, and she still can't remove 2 passengers... 45 minutes into call. Forced into changing the hotel... She doesn't inspire confidence.. mumbling now.. 48 minutes into call..

@easyJet none of your telephone operators can remove 2 people from booking, and amend hotel.. 5 phone calls on Thursday night.. over 3 hours on the phone = unresolved. I'll call again in the morning.. waste of space .. @SimonCalder @BBC_Travel @BBCTravelShow
