The best time to look for a job is when you have one . Keep applying for jobs. Even when you have no intention of leaving your current one. Apply, Go for that Interview. You’ll discover the skills that are now non-negotiable in your field. You’ll learn what your role is

“Comparison is the thief of joy.” Maybe. But I’ve always used it to my advantage. Seeing what others have achieved has been a huge motivation. As if they can do it so can I.

Sometimes, this is all that’s needed to show character and fit into context. Not everything has to have a huge cube in front with a lot of glass and a hidden roof; especially when its public housing.
