Three years for a convicted criminal actually engaged in violent rioting, including punching one of our police officers. Meanwhile five year sentences are being handed out for merely PLANNING a peaceful protest to those without any criminal record!.
Meet Derek Drummond, who has just been sentenced to 3 years for his part in the Southport riot, including punching a police officer. He has 14 previous convictions. Good job he didn’t have a meeting about blocking a motorway or he’d really be in trouble.
