Elizabeth, our Quality Assurance Lead, introduced mutual mentoring here in 2021 to help foster learning and build allyship between our non-Black senior leaders and Black colleagues. It’s about sharing experiences and speaking openly about important things like race equality.

Mutual mentoring is when two people pair up and act as both mentors and mentees – so they both get to learn from each other.

This month in our company All-Hands meeting, @heldiney, our Senior Product Designer and @jonas , our Chief Technology Officer, took to the stage to share their baby photos (look at them 🥺) and tell us about their mutual mentoring experience.
