built a chrome extension with cursor only to solve my daily problem. you can literally learn ai tools just by solving your problem first . this goes long way.

5k downloads for a business that thought apps were pointless in their space. nobody else in their space had one. sometimes mvp is the only way to know what your customers actually want

Nothing beats execution and distribution. I have seen many SaaS that are clone of $10k MRR successful SaaS yet fail. I have also seen ugly looking SaaS that makes $10k MRR silently. Distribution + Execution = $$$$$.

Anyone can copy your startup idea. But they can’t copy how fast you get shit done, how well you build, how much you market or how hard you go. Execution is what separates winners.

building with AI and automation isn’t about tech flex. it’s about quitting manual headaches. yesterday I coded an it saveda client, it saved 8 hours a week. you don’t notice the compounding until you have a free friday.

mvp is not about minimal effort. it's about finding the shortest honest route to actual feedback before you blow your budget.

addicted to this new way of researching on idea or problem i'm trying to solve . go to @perplexity_ai . select labs . turn on voice command, explain it all like sharing with friend . ask to return a blueprint and in-depth analysis, works like a charm.

top reasons startups stall:. - endless feature wishlists.- ignored user feedback.- building for someday, not today.- zero post-launch plan. get something out there, iterate, push it live. speed is leverage.

a founder once told me: the scariest part wasn’t launching, it was not knowing if the tech could keep up. most teams focus on shipping features. but the magic happens when your dev team obsesses over your business goals, not just your backlog.

solving one problem ✅.shipping 100 features ❌. recently worked on a project where founder was fixing ultra niche problem . just 1 core feature but already at $1k mrr with 4 clients onboard.

shipping fast vs shipping smart. There's this weird thing happening in my founder friend group lately where everyone's obsessed with shipping velocity. Like, genuinely obsessed. I'll be on a call with someone and they'll be like "Yeah we shipped 12 features this month" and.

if you’re always in fix-it mode, you’ll miss the bigger picture. software development is about adding value, not racking up commit counts. choose wisely, ship intentionally.

funny termination of client project. one client stopped working with me as they reached their mrr goal for the app built. $2k/mo. next goal is to sell the entire product rather than growing it wow.

the first two weeks after the launch are crucial. it makes or breaks your app. bugs fixes, customer feedback, tweaks on the go. that's why I have a process of providing free support for two weeks post-launch. sit back and relax while i polish your product.

nobody tells you: shipping an AI MVP is the easy part. getting someone to pay for it? that’s where most crash and burn.

no product is too small if it solves a real pain for even a handful of people. solving a niche problem at depth > chasing a big trend at surface level. lean into the weird edges, the overlooked workflows, the tiny inefficiencies. that's where real loyalty is built.

most people chase trends hoping for shortcuts. reality: .compounding skills quietly outpace hype every time. betting on yourself long-term beats any quick win. keep stacking, even when nobody’s watching.

every time someone tells me they "don’t have time" to automate a small task, i remember how 15 minutes of setup saved me 5 hours every month. it sounds small, but after a year, that’s 60 hours back. people underestimate the compounding effect of tiny optimizations.
