Life update: After insane struggle, hard work, financial & emotional investment, 20 days in another country, and countless sleepless nights wondering “how will I do it alone?”, I have finally got my Emirates ID & now I am a UAE Resident. 🇦🇪🧿.

Someone I know tracks the location of his employees who work remotely. I found this approach horrible. One should care about getting the work done and not the location of his team.

Maturity is realising that a good conversation with a stranger doesn’t always need to lead to contact exchange. Some moments are meant to be brief and beautiful, and that’s enough.

What has been your biggest adulting lesson?.

Being a founder you can't keep ego. Because when you're building a company, you've to take follow up again and again. You have to talk politely even when your money is stuck. You've to stay calm with clients, kind with the team. Because ego doesn’t grow business. Patience.

Can’t believe I made a healthy salad for dinner and actually enjoyed eating it. All my life I have been saying, “Sunday ko ghar ka khana kaun khata hai”.

How do people fake their mood?? Like if I am happy, you will know it. If I am angry, you will know it. If I am sad, you will know it. If I am stressed, you will know it. Some people always look in the same mood, usually happy, all the time. Like how?????.

When you run a company, you realise it’s not just about money. People want warmth, trust, and the freedom to make mistakes. It’s not always big perks but the small things like a kind message, a little support that matters. Your team remembers how you treat them also, not only.
